Where do you ship to?
We ship the decal kits everywhere. Enter your shipping country destination at checkout to see transit times.
Please note, we are not responsible for any duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees that you incur upon receiving your shipment. For more details on our shipping, please visit the Shipping & Delivery page.
Can I get a custom decal kit?
Absolutely! If you would like a custom decal kit visit the Custom Orders page for more info and contact us today.
How long is delivery?
Delivery times vary depending on your country and mail carrier.
– North America: 7-10 business days
– Europe: 7-10 business days
– Asia & Australia: 6-14 business days
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your package has been shipped.
Can I get extra decal patterns?
Extra decal patterns are available at an additional fee. Simply send us a request specifying which decal kit it’s from and we’ll be sure to assist you.
How long do I have to return my item?
You have 30 days from receipt of order to return your item. We do not accept returns for items damaged during application. Please reference the Decal Installation Instructions sheet in your kit before applying your product.

How do I get a refund?
Refunds for returns are issued when we receive the returned item. We do not offer refunds for items damaged during application. Please reference the Decal Installation Instructions sheet in your kit before applying your product.
Refunds for order problems, such as items damaged in transit and incorrect products, are processed once photographic evidence is provided of the issue.

How long does it take to refund my order?
Refunds are issued as soon as we receive the returned item. Once the refund has been issued, it takes 2-3 business days for the money to appear back in your bank account.
How do I remove my decals?
If you’re ready to remove your decals, simply follow these steps for a clean finish:
Step 1: Use a heat gun or a hair dryer to warm up the decals. Do not apply too much heat as this could damage your fairings.
Step 2: Gently use a squeegee or card to lift the edges of the decal. Then slowly pull the decal towards yourself (perpendicular to the surface).
Step 3: Once the decals are off, apply WD-40 to remove any residue. Use a microfiber cloth to smoothly take off any leftover adhesive.
Will your decals damage my motorcycle once removed?
Our vinyl decals are designed to leave minimal residue. Any residue which is left can be wiped away with WD-40 and a microfiber cloth.
Some motorcycles may have different paint quality and types. For this reason, we cannot guarantee our products will be removable without damaging the paintwork underneath. However, if you take the right precautions and follow our instructions you can minimize the risk of leaving any residue or marks.
How long do the decals last?
We use high quality vinyl for our decal kits. High-performance vinyl usually outlasts the surface it’s on. In other words, it will last for many years to come!
What weather conditions can vinyl withstand?
Our vinyl is designed to withstand various weather conditions. These include temperatures as low as -30°C to as high as 110°C.
